Global brand management company UNIONSTATION, which is aiming to become a next-generation distributor, is finally unveiling the first global collaboration project between the global fashion brand it operates, ‘Urban Sophistication,’ and 21st-century pop icon BTS.

This project is a strategic global initiative led by UNIONSTATION in partnership with HYBE, with UNIONSTATION overseeing the entire process—from planning and design to global rollout strategy—centered on the North American and Asian markets. In particular, the collaboration is drawing industry attention because it goes beyond a simple licensed product launch: under UNIONSTATION’s direction, it marks the first case of creatively reinterpreting and transforming the BTS logo by blending in Korean sensibilities.

The collection’s graphic design was created with the participation of a designer from Valencia, Spain, maximizing its global appeal. Among the lineup—comprised of five case styles and one tumbler—the key product, ‘The Puffer Case® BTS Stickers Black,’ includes sticker designs of animal characters symbolizing each BTS member, delivering special meaning for fans. Notably, directly embedding the artist’s name in the product packaging is a highly unusual decision in the brand’s history; it reflects the artists’ authenticity and the project’s high level of completion throughout—so much so that rumors have circulated that the artists themselves offered input during the product review stage.

Following a teaser released on the 29th, UNIONSTATION heightened anticipation by sequentially unveiling product shots and packaging on the 30th. Full-scale sales will begin at 2 p.m. on March 31 via pre-order through its official online store, Weverse Shop, and KakaoTalk Gifts. The collection consists of cases for the iPhone 13–16 and 17 series (excluding Plus models) and a tumbler, and will be offered in limited quantities for the next year to maintain scarcity.

An official at UNIONSTATION expressed gratitude to HYBE employees “for creating the opportunity for this symbolic collaboration with BTS, a 21st-century pop icon,” and added that, as a company that introduces special overseas brands to Korea and standout Korean brands abroad, it plans to soon unveil meaningful new business initiatives.
